- Towing and Recovery Services: Includes 24/7 emergency towing, heavy-duty recovery, accident recovery, and damage-controlled flatbed transport.
- Maintenance and Repair Services: Provided by certified mechanics, including preventive maintenance, computer diagnostics, and oil and filter service.
3. Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for providing accurate information about freight requirements, the nature of vehicle breakdowns, and access directions necessary for successful service delivery.
4. Limitation of Liability (Critical Area – Requires Legal Counsel)
4.1. Towing and Recovery: TruckerTrend operates licensed and fully insured. However, liability for damage during towing or accident recovery will be limited as stipulated by New York and New Jersey State regulations.
4.2. Freight Services: Our liability for loss or damage to LTL or expedited cargo is subject to the Warsaw Convention and the specific Maintenance and Service Rates found in the Resources section of the website. The customer agrees that measurable performance (On-Time Delivery Rate) is a business metric, not a contractual time guarantee.
4.3. Maintenance and Repair: We offer precision service at honest prices. Warranty on repairs or installed parts is limited to [STANDARD LEGAL TERM IN NY/NJ] from the service date.
